Hello! I have a card for you today using Hero Arts old and new stamps together. The Two Irises is one of my very early stamps that I got and still have. It was made in 1990. And yes… it’s a rubber stamp.
For the background I got a little creative. I turned the Northern Lights stamp, from the Hero Arts June 2020 My Monthly Hero set, sideways and stamped with Versamark. I added some embossing powder and heat embossed.
I stamped the flowers on a die cut piece and cut an additional layer of that same shape. I heat embossed the flowers also and colored them in.
The sentiment is heat embossing on a die cut.

Howdy! I am here today with a birthday card! I love the National Parks and really enjoy using the National Parks Poetic Prints stamp set.
For this card I used all 4 of the stamps in the set. Hero Arts donates a little to the National Parks for each set sold. I really wanted to color these in using colored pencils on the Neenah Desert Storm kraft paper. It is a lighter color of kraft. I colored all of the scenes using Prismacolor pencils. I went back over the stamping with a Copic Multiliner after I finished all the coloring. It doesn’t really show since it is so small, but I used a clear glaze pen on the car and trailer windows. I cut out each one using a die by Poppy Stamps.
Each of the park scenes have foam tape under them for some dimension.
The sentiment is cut with a die and the paper had the 2 sided adhesive on it which makes it much easier to stick it on to the card.
