Pink and Main Pumpkin Spice Coloring and Die Cutting

Howdy. I have another Fall card for you. This was done using the fun Pink and Main stamp and die set.

The background layers were die cut using several patterned paper.

The coffee drink and desserts were stamped, colored with Copics and then die cut. On the coffee cup lid there is Nuvo Drops. Here is a close up so you can kind of see it.

Supplies

  • Pink and Main Pumpkin Spice stamps and matching dies
  • Copic Markers
  • Spellbinders Labels Seventeen die set

Coffee Cards

I have a couple of coffee cards I made for the Coffee Loving Cardmakers hop! The hops remind me to get out those coffee stamps and dies.

For this card I used some of my favorite papers from the Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Fall paper pack. I also used Lawn Fawn dies – Outside In Stitched die and Small Stitched Leaves. An Elizabeth Craft Designs die called Fitted Rounded Rectangles.

And on this one.. I used two Hero Arts sets and a couple paper pads. I used the Hero Arts August 2018 My Monthly Hero kit. The sentiment is heat embossed and I am not sure where the sentiment came from.

Polkadoodles Gnome

And another one for the Coffee Loving Cardmakers hop. I might of broken a record this time.

Here is a card I made with a stamp set that I got Tuesday at Creative Escape in Los Gatos, CA. They have so many great things to choose from! Very well stocked.

It is a stamp set by Polkadoodles which has several really cute gnome stamps. Gnomes, mushrooms and coffee what is not to love! Technically it is called Gnome for Tea but I think anything can go in that cup, coffee, tea, hot chocolate or even water (not as much fun).

I stamped the image and colored it in with Copics.

I layered up some papers from my stash and the image is raised up with foam.

The sentiment is also from the stamp set.

Supplies:

  • Polkadooodles Gnome for Tea stamp set
  • Copic markers
  • Lawn Fawn Plaid paper

Picket Fence Need More Caffeine

Here is another card for the Coffee Loving Cardmakers hop.

I created the background using alcohol ink on glossy alcohol ink paper. It is a couple of browns and the Alloy Gilded. I was very pleased how this came out and it looks better in person. I may add another photo…

I stamped and heat embossed the coffee cups.

The sentiment was die cut.

Here are some better photos of that nice alcohol ink. These are much more like the real colors in person.

Supplies:

  • Picket Fence Studios Need More Caffeine stamp set
  • Black embossing powder
  • Karen Burniston Word Set 1 – Greetings die set

Spellbinders Coffee Brewing Christmas

Hello I have another coffee card for you today! This may be a brief post since WordPress is making it difficult to get back to classic editor.

I created another card for the Coffee Loving Cardmakers hop.

I created my card using a DCWV paper pad and the Spellbinders Coffee Brewing die set. Such fun coffee making devices. I just die cut the 4 different coffee makers using the paper from the paper pad.

The sentiment is stamped.

Supplies:

  • Spellbinders Coffee Brewing die set
  • DCWV Christmas paper pad
  • Hero Arts Christmas Folks stamp set

Rubbernecker Stamps Preston Coffee Card

Hello! I finally got a coffee card done. I created it for the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Hop.

I created my card using the cute Preston coffee owl stamp from Rubbernecker Stamps. I won 3 coffee owl stamps and this guy hasn’t been used. Time to get that going on.

Spellbinders Stack O' Cups die

The idea just popped in my head to having him balancing on a coffee cup. Who knows where these things come from… ha.  Maybe a little quirky.

For the background I stamped Preston and then I used Distress Oxide ink over a stencil. I wanted to pop up Preston but I needed to stamp him on the background to get his legs, the coffee steam and feathers sticking up on his head. I wasn’t going to hand cut those out.

I stamped Preston on another piece of paper colored him with Copics. I then cut him out by hand and glued him over the stamped image on the background using foam tape.

The coffee cup is die cut and then a die was used to cut out the design on the cup. The cup itself is teal but kind of looks green in the photo. I colored in the design using a Copic pen. The cup was already glued down when I decided to stencil the background so I made a mask to cover the cup while inking over the stencil.

The sentiment is stamped.

Supplies:

  • Rubbernecker Stamps Preston
  • Janes Doodles Coffee Time – sentiment stamp
  • Spellbinders Stack O’ Cups die set
  • Carta Bella Plaid 1 stencil
  • Distress Oxide ink
  • Copic markers

Miss Ink Stamps Coffee Gnomes Christmas

Hello! It is here again, the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. Today I have a non traditional color Christmas card I created for the hop and for the sketch in the Facebook Group Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers.

Miss Ink Stamps make the cutest gnomes and some are coffee gnomes. I am not sure it gets any better than that.

I colored the two gnomes with Copics. I cut the gnomes out by hand. The top of the lid of the coffee pot has clear Nuvo on it which is hard to see. The female gnome has silver Nuvo on the dots and in the middle of the flowers. The cups are silver and the other is gold and silver. It is hard to tell that in the photo.

The circle behind them is embossed with a snowflake die, sprayed with shimmer mist and then the circle cut out.

The sentiment is heat embossed.

Supplies:

  • Miss Ink Stamps Coffee Gnomes
  • Darice Snowflake embossing folder
  • Hero Arts Holiday Animals – sentiment
  • Shimmer Spritz spray
  • Nuvo Morning Dew Drops
  • Nuvo Silver Moondust Drops
  • Hero Arts white embossing powder

Coffee BEE 2 with Colored Pencils

Here I am with another card for the fun Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Hop put on by Coffee Loving Cardmakers.

For this card I used a digital image. The image is called CoffeeBEE2. Unfortunately I did not label it with the company or person who designed it so if anyone knows please let me know.

First of all I sized the image and printed it on Neenah Desert Storm paper. I recently saw a nice card colored with pencils on kraft and it reminded me to get out my pencils since I really like the look. So this is colored with Prismacolor pencils. When I get done coloring I usually go back over the black lines since I like them vibrant.

The sentiment is stamped.

Supplies:

  • CoffeeBEE2 digital stamp
  • The Ton Hug in a Mug stamp set
  • Prismacolor Pencils
  • Versafine Oynx Black Ink

Rubbernecker Stamps Coffee Blanket Birthday Card

Howdy, it is that fun time again. That would be the Coffee Lovers Hop!

I created this card for the hop using a Rubbernecker Stamps set, Gina Marie Designs stencil and a Spellbinders die.

For the background I used a stencil and did some ink blending thru it.

The stack of cups was stamped and colored with Copic Markers. The funny thing is I had a completely different stack of cups as far as coloring and it was just to much so I stamped again and colored these to match the background. This panel and mat is raised using fun foam.

The sentiment was die cut twice for some dimension. I took an ink pad direct to paper before die cutting and I also went over it ink pad direct to paper after to make it darker in color.

Supplies:

  • Rubbernecker Stamps Coffee Blanket stamp set
  • Gina Marie Designs Coffee Bean stencil
  • Spellbinders Sentiments Three die set
  • Oxide Distress Ink
  • Hero Arts Reactive Ink

Rubbernecker Stamps Stokes Coffee Card

Hello! Here I am with another coffee card. I started it for the 2019 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers blog hop but I started it way to late so it didn’t make it to the hop. The cool thing is I made another card which is always fun.

I love the coffee owls by Rubbernecker Stamps. I was lucky to win 3 of them from one of the Coffee Loving Cardmakers hops.

This owl is Stokes and I stamped him on the die cut rectangle and colored him with Copics. One of the mats is cut with a die and the other just with the paper trimmer and then I used a corner rounder.  Sometimes what looks like a simple card takes some time when you have to find the perfect papers! The background paper is something I have had around for quite awhile in a coffee paper folder. You can’t really tell but there is a large steam pattern all over it.

The sentiment is stamped with Versafine Onyx black which is one of my very favorite black inks when you want nice and bold.

Entered in the Die Cut Divas November Challenge.

Entered in the Love Handmade Cards November Challenge in Flickr.

Supplies:

  • Rubbernecker Stamps – Stokes
  • Catherine Pooler/Cas-ual Fridays Stamps die – Merry Labels
  • Heartfelt Creations die – Cut Mat 2B
  • Copic pens
  • Crop-A-Dile Corner Chomper
  • Jane’s Doodles stamp set – Coffee Time – sentiment
