Howdy it’s been a little while. I hope you all had a nice Christmas and New Years. I just started creating a few thank you notes. Here is one using some sparkly embossing powder.
Let’s start off with the background. Not much to say because I can’t remember how I got that silver on the blue paper. It was laying around and I liked the look of it. Possibly some pigment ink or glimmer metallic ink but I am just not sure. I would say there is a possibility of using a roller to get that ink on.
I can tell you about the snowflakes and sentiment. The snowflakes are paper layering snowflakes and I die cut them. I used embossing powder on them called sparkle but it is hard to see in the photo. I heat embossed them twice. Then I pushed up all the sections on each snowflake for some dimension and glued them to the background.
The sentiment is die cut and I heat embossed it twice also using a silver sparkle embossing powder. I really like the way that looks.
