A Couple More Watercolor Projects

Here is a few more attempts at the techniques shown in the Online Card Classes Watercolor for Card Makers Intermediate Techniques class. The classes at OCC are really great classes and I would highly recommend them. After taking this watercolor class I understand working with watercolors much better. But.. I will say watercolor painting is not that easy and it definitely takes some practice.

This is a wet on dry technique. I am pretty happy with the way my flower turned out. The leaves well I need some practice.

This is a technique called negative painting. Mine is kind of rugged. I kind of like it but it isn’t quite what it should look like. The example by Dawn Woleslagle is so pretty!! She is a great teacher by the way.
